安徽省SARS定点医院和发热门诊消毒剂使用情况调查

Investigation of Disinfectant Application in SARS Designated Hospitals and Fever Clinics in Anhui Province

目的 了解我省SARS定点医院和发热门诊消毒剂使用情况。方法 对我省 5座城市 1 6所SARS定点医院和发热门诊的消毒剂采购、索证、配制、使用进行调查。并随机抽取使用的消毒剂 ,对其有效成分含量进行检测。结果 抽检 35份消毒剂 ,合格 1 9份 ,合格率 5 4 .2 9%。其中 ,过氧乙酸合格率仅为 35 .71 % ;医院对消毒剂索证管理合格率为 6 2 .5 0 % ;医院使用的消毒剂中 ,假冒、伪劣产品占 31 .4 3%。结论 我省SARS定点医院和发热门诊消毒剂使用情况不容乐观 ,医务人员对消毒剂的使用知识匮乏 ,有必要进行相应业务和技术的培训 。

Objective This investigation was made to learn what disinfectants should be used and how they were used so as to avoid SARS cross-infection in the hospital.Methods The disinfectant purchase, documents-check, preparation and use of 16 designated hospitals and fever clinics in 5 cities were investigated with questionnaire. Random samples of disinfectants used for SARS control in hospitals and clinics were taken for test of the active ingredient contents. Results 19 of 35 samples were up to standard. The qualified rate was 54.29%. However, the qualified rate of peracetic acid was only 35.71%. Illegal disinfectants accounted for 37.43% in all hospitals. Qualified rate of document-check in the hospitals was 62.50%. Conclusions The disinfectant application situation in the designated hospitals and fever clinics was not ideal. The medical workers learnt little about the disinfectant application.
