电站锅炉离心式风机计算机辅助设计程序包的开发

DEVELOPMENT OF CAD PROGRAM PACKAGE FOR CENTRIFUGAL FAN USED FOR UTILITY BOILER

针对目前许多电站锅炉风机运行效率不高,磨损与积灰严重的情况。研制了一个离心风机计算机辅助设计(CAD)程序包。利用此程序包可使风机设计迅速、可靠。文中对程序包整体设想及每个程序所基于的基本原理、功能作了阐述,并列举了程序包应用实例,设计结果比较满意。

A CAD program package for the centrifugal fan of utility boiler has been developed in consideration of its low running efficiency, wearing and ash deposit. By using this program package,a quick and reliable fan design can be obtained. Presented in this paper are the integral concept, basis theory and function of each program. Some application examples of the program package are introduced, which are improved to be satisfactory.
