根据网络时代信息资源的特征和教育学院的办学性质 ,阐述了教育学院教育资料网站建设的内涵。
According to the special characteristics of Internet time and the properties of an education institute,elaborated in this paper are the meaning and functions of the building of an education resources website in education institutes.
