外周神经在横向电场中的兴奋特性研究

摘要 传统的电缆方程和激励函数只能用于描述纵向电场中外周神经的兴奋 ,本研究提出一种基于两阶段过程的模型 ,可以描述外周神经在横向电场中的兴奋特性 ,结果显示径向的净内向电流是外周神经在横向电场中产生兴奋的原因 ,并且计算出横向电场的刺激阈值。此模型是对传统的电缆方程的补充。 The classical cable equation and activating function has been used to represent the response of peripheral nerves to longitudinal electric field. But it can not predict the excitation of peripheral nerves to transverse field during magnetic stimulation. In this paper, a new model was advanced to represent the response of peripheral nerves to transverse field based on two-stage process. It showed that the excitation resulted from net inward current along radial direction. The excitation threshold values of the component of transverse field were obtained. The model was a supplement to the classical cable equation.
