摘要
针对华能上安电厂350MW机组锅炉过热器超温问题进行了试验及热力计算,发现造成过热器超温的主要原因是运行参数与设计值偏差较大,以及运行方式不当昕致。如在满负荷运行时,炉膛出口烟温超出设计值100℃以上,致使过热器汽温调节喷水量较设计值偏大160t/h,再热器喷水量偏大80t/h。经对受热面进行改造,将部分过热受热面去掉及改为省煤器受热面,以及去除部分卫燃带以增加蒸发受热面,并且在投运磨煤机时降低磨煤机的初始煤量后,使上述问题得以解决。
This paper presents a study on the overheating problem of boiler superheater of a 350MW unit installed in HIPDC Shangan Power Plant. It was found through testing and themodynamic calculation that the overheating of superheater was caused by the larger deviation of operation parameters from design values. For example, during the full-load operation, the gas temperature at furnace outlet was 100鈩?higher than the design value, which leads to an increase of spraying water of 160t/h for superheater and 80t/h for reheater. The overheating problem was then successfully solved by reforming the heating surface of superheater, including cutting-off or changing some of the heating surface into preheating ones and removing some of the refractory belt to increase the steam generation.
