燃煤电厂文丘里管湿式除尘器存在的主要问题及对策

PROBLEMS WITH VENTURI SCRUBBER AND THEIR PREVENTION

对目前我国燃煤电厂使用的文丘里管湿式除尘器存在的主要问题进行了总结,其中主要对产生烟气带水的原因进行了较为详尽的分析,并提出了解决办法。此外,文中还对除尘器从结构设计、参数选择、安装、维护等方面提出了具体的建议和措施,对解决文丘里管湿式除尘器普遍存在的问题有一定的针对性。

Presented in this paper is a summary of the problems existng in the Chinese coal-fired power plant, including detall analysis on the causes of entrained water in flue gas and the countasures. In the light of general problems with Venri scrubber, some proposals and measures concerning structural design, parameter selection, installation and maintenance are provided.
