微生物对除盐水系统的危害及其防治研究

摘要 探索了微生物对除盐水系统的危害以及对炉水pH值的影响。数年来经过全系统调研、化学和生化分析、微生物检验、显微摄影、超薄切片后电镜检查和多次模拟混床与模拟锅炉试验,积累大量数据并取得了可靠数据。研究结果表明,除盐水系统普遍遭受微生物污染,矛盾突出点是混床树脂被“菌胶团”包缠,而被细菌损坏,混床出水电导率不合格,出力下降。随水携入炉内的“菌胶团”热分解产物主要有乙酸等,它是引起炉水pH值下降的重要因素之一。 This paper presents a study on the harmfulness of microbes to water desalting system and its prevention. In the past few years, a large amount of data have been accumulated and reliable evidence obtained through systematic investigation, chemical and biochemical analysis, biological test, microphotography, ultrathin section examination by electron microscope and simulation tests of mixed bed and boilers. The results show that most of the water desalting systems investigated suffer from microbe fouling. The heavest situation is the damaged bed resin being surrounded by zoogloea, which causes the poor conductivity of effluent and reduced output of the mixed bed. These zoogloea go into boiler with water and then desolve under high temperature. The product of the desolved zoogloea is mainly the acetic acid which causes boiler water pH value dropping.
