苏中地区初中教师职业素质现状的调查

The Investigation on the Actual Professional Quality of Junior Middle School Teachers in Central Jiangsu

本文通过对苏中地区南通、泰州、扬州 16 8所中学初中教师职业素质现状的调查 ,发现苏中教师职业素质总体优良 ,但也存在一些不足 ,不少教师的教育观念相对滞后 ,利用现代教育技术的能力很薄弱。培养适应 2l世纪需要的初中教师 ,必须在初中教师教育的改革与调整中关注这些问题。

The investigation of the status quo of the professional quality of the junior middle school teachers in 168 schools in Nantong, Taizhou and Yangzhou shows that the professional quality of the teachers in central Jiangsu is generally fine but not adequately good. The educational concept of quite a few teachers is behind the time, their ability to use modern teaching facilities is rather weak. Special attention should be paid to these aspects in the educational reform and adjustment of the junior middle school teachers so as to foster junior middle school teachers who are adaptable to the needs of the 21st century.
