摘要
教育面对的是人的世界 ,作为培养人的活动尤其是班集体建设活动理应从关注人的生命出发 ,关怀个体的生命活力 ,执着追求生命的意义 ,确立新的教育观念 ,不断提升人的生命价值。我们在强调教育中要关怀人的生命活力时 ,往往忽视教师尤其是班主任的情感体验。可见 ,教育活动本身并不必然是富有生命活力的 ,但生命的活力是可以通过师生共同创造来实现的。
What education is faced with is the world of human beings. Activities of cultivating people, and activities of the collective of class in particular, should pay close attention to the life of human beings, be concerned with vitality of the individual, firmly seek the significance of life, establish the new concept of education and continuously elevate the value of life. However, while stressing concern with the vitality of the individual, we often stress the happiness and the feeling of joy of children, and generally neglect the emotional experience of the teachers, and the class teacher in particular. It is thus obvious that educational activities themselves are not necessarily full of vitality, but vitality can be achieved by the joint creation of the teacher and the students.
