关于民办教育发展现状的调查与思考——以扬州市为例

民办教育的兴起 ,一定程度上扩大了教育供给 ,拓宽了教育的投资渠道 ,强化了各级各类学校之间的有效竞争。但在发展过程中 ,也存在政策落实不到位、办学条件不到位、办学理念不到位、监管实施不到位等问题。为促进民办教育持续健康地发展 ,必须依法为民办学校创造更加良好的成长环境 ,鼓励多样化、特色化办学 ,加强对民办学校的督导和监管 ,促进民办学校的自主管理、规范运作。

The rise of the education run by the local people has, to certain extent, expanded the supply for education, widened the channel for the investment in education and intensified the effective competition among schools of different kinds and at different levels. But in course of development there are still some problems: The policies are not carried out adequately, the conditions for running education are not good enough, and the management is not fully supervised, and so. In order to bring about the continuous and healthy development of the education run by the local people, an environment should be created that is good for the growth of school according to the laws, encouragement should be given to the variety, special features of running schools, guidance to and supervision of the school management should be strengthened, and the autonomy and standard operation should be promoted.
