在我国 ,党和政府高度重视妇女参政。新的世纪和知识经济时代的到来 ,妇女主体意识的回归和价值观念的变革 ,妇女特有的认真、奉献、观察敏锐等性格 ,是妇女参政的优势。但妇女参政的劣势也是非常明显的 ,如传统的性别文化的影响 ,旧有的干部选任机制的弊端 ,参政妇女的角色冲突 ,以及妇女自身因素的制约等等。为此要发挥优势 ,克服障碍 ,从而使更多的女性领导者脱颖而出。

In our country the Party and the government attach great importance to women's participation in government and political affairs. With the arrival of the new century and the era of intellectual economy, the return of the sense of the subject and the change the values, women's unique characters of earnestness, devotion, sharp observation are the advantages that women have for their participation in government and political affairs. Hover, their disadvantages are also very obvious, e.g., the influence of the traditional culture of sex, the malpractice of the old mechanism of selecting cadres, the role conflict of women in power, and the restraint of women's own factors. Hence, it is imperative to give full play to women's advantages and clear away obstacles so that more female leaders will reveal their talents.
