摘要  简单介绍了铝合金板的冲压成形性能,应用有限元模拟技术,分别采用普通钢板和铝合金6009对鼓包竖板的拉延成形进行了有限元模拟,对比结果,分析了差异产生的原因。应用等效拉延筋,对材料采用铝合金板的模拟结果进行改进,较好地改善了起皱缺陷,最终提出了合理的工艺造型方案,为指导和改进拉延模结构设计提出可靠的理论依据及相关设计参数。同时,为该零件确定了合适的材料。 In this paper, the forming performance of aluminum alloy sheet is introduced briefly. By using the technology of the finiteelement simulation , the author simulates the forming of bulkingriser with conventional metal sheet and aluminum alloy sheet 6009 respectively as well as compares the results and analyses the reasons of differences. The simulation results of the forming of aluminum alloy sheet are improved by the use of equivalent draw bead .As a result, the defect of winkle is eliminated, and the means of reliable craft is provided, and the reliable theoretical proofs and corresponding design parameter is also provided to guide and improve the construction of the die. At the same time, the suitable material is selected.
