超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼术后高眼压 被引量:8

摘要 目的 观察超声乳化白内障吸出术联合后房型人工晶状体植入术治疗急性闭角型青光眼行小梁切除术后高眼压的疗效。方法 对 2 0 0 0年 10月~ 2 0 0 3年 2月收治的争性闭角型青光眼行小梁切除术后高眼压患者 2 2例 2 2眼 ,施行超声乳化白内障吸出术联合后房型折叠式人工晶状体植入术。术后随访 6~ 16个月。结果 术后 2 2眼眼压全部控制在 2 .8kPa以下 ,其中 15眼 (6 8.2 % )控制在 2 .0kPa以下。无严重并发症 ,所有病例视力均有不同程度提高。结论 超声乳化白内障吸出术联合后房型人工晶状体植入术 ,可有效控制抗青光眼滤过术后高眼压 ,改善视力 。 Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemul sification with foldable posterior chamber intraocular lens(PC IOL)implantation on the treatment for high intraocular pressure(IOP)after trabeculectomy in angle closure glaucoma(ACG).Methods Phacoemulsification with PC IOL implantation per formed on 22 eyes(22 cases)with high IOP after trabeculectomy in acute ACG.Follow up period was 6~16 months after operation.Results IOP after operation on 22 eyes was contro lled below 2.8kPa,including 15 eyes below 2.0kPa.Visual acuity in all cases was improved in different degree,no serious complication.Conclusion Phacoemulsification with foldable PC IOL can effectively prevent from high IOP after trabeculec tomy in ACG and rehabilitate their visual acuity.
