正常人202例眼部带菌情况观察

Observation of bacterial culture in 202 normal human eyes

目的 观察正常人眼部带菌情况以及对常用眼部抗生素的敏感情况。方法 2 0 2名观察对象 ,均于 3个月内未用任何抗生素眼液 ,随机进行眼结膜囊或睑缘细菌培养以及药物敏感试验。结果 在全部被观察者中 ,阳性结果为2 4 .7% .共计发现 7种菌属 (表皮葡萄球菌、微球菌属、革兰氏阳性芽胞杆菌、草绿色溶血链球菌、莫拉菌属、β 溶血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌 ) ,其中大部分对目前常用眼液较为敏感。结论 正常人眼部是有菌的 ,这些细菌可能造成眼部感染。

Objective To study the positive rate of bacterial culture of normal eyes and the sensitivity to commonly used antibiotic eye drops.Methods Sample were enrolled to take from 202 normal eyes of 202 eases and they accepted no any antibiotic eye drops in 3 months. The drug sensitivity test was carried out for the positive sample.Results Bacterial positive rate was 24.7% in 202 eyes. We found 7 kinds of bacteria(Staphylococcus epidemidis, Micrococcus species, Gram positive Bacillus species,α hemolytic streptococcus species, Moraxlla species, β hemolytic streptococcus species, Staphylococcus aureus).Conclusion There is bacterial in normal eyes. They can lead to the infection of eyes. Using antibiotic drug to take precautions against the infection is very effective.
