摘要
随着脑科学的蓬勃发展 ,弱视神经机制的研究进入到一个崭新阶段。研究证实 :发育早期异常视觉经验可影响皮层神经元的空间特性 ,弱视视功能损害涉及多个脑区并与皮层神经元空间特性的异常密切相关 ,弱视是视觉神经通路多方位、多层次损害的综合。我们对 2种常见类型弱视 (斜视、屈光参差性弱视 )的神经生理学。
With the development of the brain science, the research of the neural mechanism underlying amblyopia reachs a new stage. It has been proven that the abnormal visual experience during the critical period can affect the spatial properties of neurons in visual cortex. The deficits of visual function in amblyopia are related with many brain areas and the abnormality of spatial properties in visual cortex neurons. Amblyopia is a complex of visual loss in visual pathways. Here we reviewed some development on the neural mechanism underlying two common amblyopia (strabismus and anisometropia)in humans beings.
