缬沙坦联合贝那普利联合对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗效果研究

Efficacy Research of Valsartan Combined with Benazepril in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究缬沙坦联合贝那普利在治疗早期糖尿病肾病中的效果以及对患者24 h内尿白蛋白(UAE)水平的影响。方法选择该院2012年1月—2013年12月收治的224例早期糖尿病肾病患者。随机分为两组,每组112例。对照组给予贝那普利治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上给予缬沙坦治疗。对两组治疗效果、UAE变化、不良反应等进行比较。结果观察组治疗有效率达到了93.8%,显著性高于对照组的(83.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者UAE水平现在降低,观察组UAE水平为(123.5±34.6)mg/d,显著性低于对照组的(165.7±41.2)mg/d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为7.1%(8/112),对照组不良反应率为8.9%(10/112),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合贝那普利可以有效的对早期DN进行治疗,并能有效降低患者UAE的水平,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of valsartan combined with benazepril in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and the impact on the UAE within 24 h. Methods 224 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from January, 2012 to December, 2013 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, each with 112 cases. Pa-tients in control group were given benazepril, and patients in observation group were given valsartan based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy, UAE change, and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The efficacy of ob-servation group was 93.8%, which was significantly higher than that(83.0%) of control group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05);After treatment, the UAE levels of two groups were significantly reduced, and UAE level of observation group was (123.5±34.6) mg/d, which was significantly lower than the control group's (165.7±41.2) mg/d, the difference was statistically signif-icant (P<0.05);Adverse reactions rate of observation group was 7.1%(8/112), and that of control group was 8.9%(10/112), the dif-ference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Valsartan combined benazepril can effectively treat the early diabetic nephropathy and reduce the UAE level, which is worthy of promotion.
