子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病的围术期护理探讨

Study on the Perioperative Nursing for Uterine Fibroids with Diabetes

目的分析讨论子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病的围手术期的临床护理方法以及疗效。方法随机抽取该院2012年2月—2014年4月收治的80例子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者,将他们随机的分成设为研究组和对照组。对照组患者进行常规化的护理治疗,研究组的患者接受有针对性的围手术期护理,比较两组患者切口愈合程度、血糖控制以及并发症情况。结果研究组患者在切口愈合程度、血糖控制以及并发症发生情况方面显著优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用综合化的围手术期护理对子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者有更好的护理疗效,值得在临床上推广运用。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical nursing methods for uterine fibroids with diabetes during perioperative period and the curative effect. Methods 80 cases with uterine fibroids complicated by diabetes admitted in our hospital from February 2012 to April 2014 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. Patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing, and patients in the study group were given the targeted perioperative nursing. The incision heal-ing, glycemic control and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The incision healing, glycemic control and the incidence of complications of the study group were much better than those of the control group, the differences were statistical-ly significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids complicated by diabetes, comprehensive perioperative nursing has better nursing effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
