摘要
目的探究肾功能血清学检验对糖尿病肾病早期诊断的价值。方法以2017年1月—2018年6月为研究时间段,将该时间段在该院进行体检的健康者80名纳入研究,作为对照组,将同时段该院收治的糖尿病患者160例纳入研究,其中非糖尿病肾病患者80例为观察A组,糖尿病肾病患者80例为观察B组,3组按相同程序进行肾功能血清学检验,获得SCr、BUN、mALB及HbAlc等指标的数据,进行对比分析。结果在SCr、BUN、mALB这3个在肾功能血清学检查指标上,观察B组均显著高于对照组和观察A组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组和观察A组数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着HbAlc水平升高,mALB水平也会随之升高,二者成正比。结论糖尿病肾病患者在SCr、BUN、m ALB这3个在肾功能血清学检查指标上,与体检健康者及非糖尿病肾病患者有显著差异,在糖尿病肾病早期诊断上有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of serological tests of renal function in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods From January 2017 to June 2018, 80 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital were included in the study. As a control group, 160 patients with diabetes in our hospital were included in the study. Among them, 80 patients with non-diabetic nephropathy were observed in group A, and 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were observed in group B. The three groups were subjected to serological tests of renal function according to the same procedure, and data such as SCr, BUN, mALB and HbAlc were obtained for comparison and analysis. Results In the SCr, BUN, and mALB, the serum function of the three indexes was significantly higher than that of the control group and the observation group A. There was statisically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05), but there was no statisically significant difference between the control group and the observation group A(P>0.05). As the HbAlc level increased, the level of mALB also increased, which was proportional. Conclusion The patients with diabetic nephropathy have significant differences in serum serological tests of SCr, BUN and mALB, and those with healthy and non-diabetic nephropathy, which has high clinical value in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
