糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗糖尿病合并慢阻肺的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Glucocorticoid Combined with Terbutaline in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的对糖尿病合并慢阻肺患者采取糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗的效果进行分析。方法选取该院2017年3月—2018年3月接收治疗的糖尿病合并慢阻肺患者86例,按照随机分配原则分成对照组和研究组,对照组采用特布他林进行治疗,研究组采用糖皮质激素联合特布他林进行治疗,对两组的治疗效果展开对比。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的肺功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并慢阻肺治疗过程中,糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗的效果更为显著,不仅能有效改善患者的肺功能,还能有效的控制患者的血糖水平,值得在临床上进一步的推广和使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 86 patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who received treatment from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the randomized principle. The control group was treated with terbutaline. The study group used glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline for treatment, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the lung function index of the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline is more significant in the treatment of diabetes with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It can not only effectively improve the lung function of patients, but also effectively control the blood glucose level of patients. It is worth further clinical promotion and use.
