不同的护理干预在小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者护理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application of Different Nursing Interventions in the Nursing of Children with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的探讨小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒护理中应用不同的护理干预对比效果分析。方法选择从2017年1—12月收治的100例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿纳入此次研究工作,按照数字随机分方式将其划分成两组,命名为观察组与对照组,各有50例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受综合护理干预。比较两组患儿临床症状各项指标、护理依从性。结果两组患儿临床各项症状指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组pH值恢复时间、餐后血糖达标时间、尿酮恢复时间均低于参照组;观察组总依从率49例(98.00%)高于对照组40例(80.00%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒应用综合护理干预,对改善患儿病情具有重要作用,能够全面稳定患儿血糖指标,提高总体护理质量。

Objective To investigate the comparative effect of different nursing interventions in the nursing of children with diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods One hundred children with diabetic ketoacidosis who were admitted from January to December 2017 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the number of randomized methods, named observation group and control group, 50 cases each. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The indicators of clinical symptoms and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The difference of clinical symptom scores between the two groups was significantly(P<0.05). The recovery time of PH value, post-prandial blood glucose compliance time and urinary ketone recovery time in the observation group were lower than the reference group. The total compliance rate of the observation group was 49 cases(98.00%) higher than the control group 40 cases(80.00%), the statistical significance of the two groups was(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with diabetic ketoacidosis plays an important role in improving the condition of children, and can comprehensively stabilize the children’s blood glucose index and improve the overall quality of care.
