摘要
随着社会的发展,国民素质普遍提高,人们越来越重视学龄前儿童的早教问题。杭州少年儿童图书馆立足于国内未成年人服务现状,建立了针对0-6岁低幼儿童的服务项目。本文在对杭州少年儿童图书馆实地考察以及与相关负责人交流的基础上,详述了杭州少年儿童图书馆如何通过自下而上渐进式的创新逐渐将低幼服务的想法转变为现实,以及在充分吸收志愿者加入活动组织中的基础上,充实和架构低幼服务品牌的过程。
With the development of society, people are paying increasing attention to early education of preschool children. The Hangzhou Children’s Library established a service project for children aged 0-6 years.This paper is based on the field investigation of Hangzhou Children’s Library and the communication with relevant principals, introduces how the Hangzhou Children’s Library gradually converted the idea of young children services into reality through bottom-up incremental innovation, how it made volunteers into their staff, and how organization enriched the service brand.
