New Development of Surface Hardening on Titanium Alloys

摘要 介绍了为改善钛合金表面耐磨性将激光表面熔敷、高能微弧火花渗碳和表面渗氧技术应用于钛合金表面强化所取得的进展。讨论了每种工艺方法所获表面改性层的结构和性能特征及其应用范围。 To improve the surface properties of titanium alloys, the technics, such as laser cladding, micro-arc-sparking carbon-permeation treatment and surface oxygen-permeation treatment resulting in hard surface layers on Ti and Ti-base alloys by altering their inherent quality, have been developed. The structure and properties of the surface layers made by each of the abovementioned techniques are discussed together with their applications.
