总结分析了TA15合金的成分、组织、力学性能、工艺性能和相关使用性能。TA15合金作为一种新型的近α型钛合金,具有较好的综合力学性能以及优良的锻造、热处理和焊接工艺性能。TA15合金可用来制造飞机隔框、壁板等工作温度较高、受力较复杂的重要结构零件。
The chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties, processing properties and relative applying properties of TA15 alloy are studied and summarized. TA15 alloy, a near-α titanium alloy, has good comprehensive mechanical properties and processing properties such as forging, heat treatment and welding. TA15 alloy can be used in the frame, siding and other key components of airframe operating at with high temperature and complicated stressed state.
