摘要
本文介绍了国家“七五”重点攻关成果MVC—2M故障监测与诊断系统。该系统按模拟和数字双容余原则设计,具有对旋转机械设备的关键运行参数(振动、转速、温度和压力等)实时临测分析,在线和脱机故障诊断、运行、数据库建立、故障(或关键)数据存黑匣子、结构动力学特性研究和现场动平衡等功能,可广泛应用于舰船、电力、石化、航空航天和机械制造等领域。
This paper describes MVC—2M Failure Monitoring & Diagnostic System, which has been listed as a state key research project for the 'Seventh Five—Year Plan'. The said system has been designed on the basis of a simulation and digital double redundancy principle and incorporates the following functions: real-time monitoring and analysis of rotating machine key operation parameters (vibration, speed, temperature and pressure, etc), on-line and off-line failure diagnosis, setting-up of operation data base, storage of failure data and other key data in a black box, investigation of structural dynamics characteristics, calculation and realization of on-site dynamic balancing, etc. The abovecited system can be widely used in various fields, suchas shipbuilding, electric power, petrochemical, aeronaut ical, aerospace and machine-building industries.
