摘要
介绍了超低酸性烧结矿工业化投产的工艺特点及生产情况 ,以及低硅酸性烧结矿在高炉生产中的应用效果 :高炉正常配用 15 %～ 2 0 %超低酸性烧结矿 ,入炉铁矿石平均品位提高约 1% ,高炉经济指标得到改善。
The features of the process and production of the super low acidity sinter in Anyang Steel is introduced.The production effect of the process to make low silicon acidity sinter is also persented.Normal proportion of super low acidity sinter is 15 %~20 %,iron content of all iron burdens on average increases by about 1 %,and economic indexes of BF are improved.
