摘要
在综合分析了 14 2 0 HC轧机的板形控制的基础上 ,采用了 M.D.Stone的解析法、K.N.Shohet的影响函数法以及三维光弹性分析相结合的方法 ,研究了 14 2 0 HC轧机中间辊的抽动量对平整轧制带钢的横向厚度差和板形的影响 ,并确定出中间辊的最佳抽动位置 ,使得 14 2 0 HC轧机平整轧件的横向厚度差下降幅度达到 5 0 %~ 80 %、轧件的板形明显提高 ,同时平整的轧制压力下降 8%~ 10 % ,取得明显的实效。
On the basis of synthetic analysis of shape control on 1420 HC strip mill.M.D.Stone's analytic methods,K.N.Shohet's influence function methods as well as 3 D photoelastic analytic methods were combined to study the influence of the intermediate rolls axial movement on the transverse thickness error and the strip shape on skin pass. The best dragging amount was determined,and the transverse thickness error has been reduced by 50 % ~80 %,strip shape was obviously improved.And furthermore the rolling force of skin pass was reduced by 8 %~10 %.
