摘要
研究了平整对罩式退火生产的 BH钢板力学性能和自然时效性能的影响。结果表明 ,平整对 BH钢的 BH性能有显著影响 ,平整延伸率在 1.0 %~ 2 .0 %之间时 BH值有最大值 ;平整使得 BH钢的屈服强度先下降而后上升 ,屈服强度最小时的平整延伸率消除了钢板单向拉伸时的屈服点延伸现象 ;足够的平整延伸率是 BH钢抗自然时效性能的有效保证。
The effect of temper rolling on the mechanical properties and room temperature aging behaviour of BH steel sheet produced with box annealing was investigated The result shows that the temper rolling has a dominant effect on BH value, yield strength, yield point elongation and room temperature aging behaviour The 1 0 %~2 0 % tempering elongation is optimum for obtaining high BH value The yield strength is decreased with increasing the tempering elongation at first The tempering elongation at minimum yield strength, leads to the zero yield point elongation Then, the yield strength is increased with the tempering elongation Proper tempering elongation is necessary for room temperature aging resistance This result has been applied to production of commercial bake hardening steel sheet
