摘要
采用原位分析技术对不同结晶态的低合金钢连铸方坯的成分分布、偏析、疏松、夹杂和其他缺陷进行了分析。分析结果证明 ,具有较高的等轴晶率的方坯具有较均匀的成分分布和较少的缺陷。
The application of original position analysis is applied for quality control of low alloy steel billet. The concentration distribution, segregation, porosity, inclusion and other defects are determined. The results proved that there are little segregation and less defects in the samples of high equiaxed grain rate.
