余热双循环动力回收综合优化程序及结果分析

摘要 本文设计出余热动力利用优化设计的数学模型,编制了在给定条件下计算十七种参选工质的最优初终参数、回收(火用)效率、设备承压、换热器面积、初投资、回收年限等指标的计算程序并自动给出相应的方案布置,通过对计算结果的分析得出了几点结论,从而为余热动力利用的综合快速优化设计及分析提供依据。 This paper presents a mathematical model for the optimized design of waste heat energy utilization, and a computation program for calculating under given conditions the following: optimized initial and final parameters of 17 selected working mediums, energy recovery exergy efficiency, pressure to be borne by the equipment, heat exchanger area, initial investment, number of years needed for investment recovery with an automatic provision of the relevant scheme layout. Through an analysis of the calculation results some conclusions have been obtained, which can serve as a basis for the integrated and speedy optimized design and analysis of waste heat energy utilization.
