Neural Network Simulation Study for Organization Model of Collaboraitve Work

研究个体在协同工作中所表现的行为特征是CSCW研究的基本组成部分。本文对在影响协同工作中的个体特征、通信和交互方式等各种因素进行了分析,建立了相应的仿真模型,并利用神经网络技术进行了仿真研究,得到了一些较有价值的结论。这一研究对CSCW系统的开发具有参考意义。

It is a essential part to study the individual action feature in collaborative work. This paper discussed some actors existing in collaborative work such as individuall inherent sta-te,communiction,interactive style,and it founded its simulation model. At the same time, the paper have studied the simulation model with neural network technology and get some valuable conclusion. This research is a guide to the development of CSCW system.
