菊花品种的特异性、一致性和稳定性的研究 被引量:20

摘要  对国内主栽的22个菊花品种的2个定性二元性状、38个定性多态性状和25个数量性状进行了田间观测,经变异系数、t检验、系统聚类法等进行特异性、一致性和稳定性的研究,结果显示:各品种的定性二元性状和大部分定性多态性状的一致性表现较好,而数量性状因受环境影响一致性差;定性二元性状稳定性好,数量性状最差.经分析共筛选出47个表现好的性状、12个较差的性状和6个很差的性状.47个表现好的性状可用于品种特异性比较,能正确、有效地区分DUS测试品种. In this study, 2 qualitative binary characters, 38 qualitative polymorphic characters and 25 quantitative characters of 22 main chrysanthemum cultivars were observed on the field. The distinctness, uniformity and stability of these cultivars were analyzed by using such methods as coefficient of variation, ttest and systematic cluster analysis. Results show that the uniformity of all qualitative binary characters and most of qualitative polymorphic ones is good for all cultivars, but the quantitative ones are greatly influenced by the environment, thus having a bad uniformity, and that the stability of the qualitative binary characters is relatively good but that of the quantitative ones is the worst. On the basis of uniformity and stability, we screened out 47 good characters, 12 relatively poor ones and 6 bad ones. 47 good characters may be used for comparing the distinctness of cultivars. They can correctly and efficiently distinguish one DUS test cultivar from another.
