摘要
研究了低温和植物生长调节剂处理种球对荷兰鸢尾开花的效应.结果表明:用1000mg·L-1乙烯利解除种球休眠后,再用低温和赤霉素处理,可使荷兰鸢尾提前112d开花;9月中旬休眠自然解除后,进行低温处理或低温加赤霉素处理,花期分别提前42d和52d;各处理组植株的开花率为82.2%~89.5%,花枝长度为40.3~45.6cm,平均每株繁殖新球6.0~6.7个;通过分批处理、分批种植、设施栽培等措施,能使荷兰鸢尾在12~4月间开花.提出了荷兰鸢尾12~4月连续供花的生产技术流程.
Effects of chilling and plant growth regulators on the beforehand blooming of Dutch iris were studied in this paper. The results show as follows. When the corms are treated with 1 000 mg/L ethnel for the breaking of dormancy 40 days before the treatment of chilling and gibberellin, the plants have 50% flowering 112 days earlier than those of the control. As Dutch iris corms break dormancy in mid September, when they are treated with 40 days' 8~10℃ chilling or the chilling combined with 100 mg/L gibberellin, the plants have 50% flowering 42 and 52 days earlier than those of the control respectively. After different treatments of chilling and plant growth regulators, the flowering rate is 82.2%~89.5%, the length of flowerstem is 40.3~45.6 cm, and the new corm reproduction index is 6.6~6.7. By way of treatments, planting of batches and protected culture, flowers of Dutch iris could be supplied consecutively from December to April in Fuzhou. Technological process of cut flower production in winter is also put forward.
