低温和植物生长调节剂对荷兰鸢尾开花的效应 被引量:19

摘要  研究了低温和植物生长调节剂处理种球对荷兰鸢尾开花的效应.结果表明:用1000mg·L-1乙烯利解除种球休眠后,再用低温和赤霉素处理,可使荷兰鸢尾提前112d开花;9月中旬休眠自然解除后,进行低温处理或低温加赤霉素处理,花期分别提前42d和52d;各处理组植株的开花率为82.2%~89.5%,花枝长度为40.3~45.6cm,平均每株繁殖新球6.0~6.7个;通过分批处理、分批种植、设施栽培等措施,能使荷兰鸢尾在12~4月间开花.提出了荷兰鸢尾12~4月连续供花的生产技术流程. Effects of chilling and plant growth regulators on the beforehand blooming of Dutch iris were studied in this paper. The results show as follows. When the corms are treated with 1 000 mg/L ethnel for the breaking of dormancy 40 days before the treatment of chilling and gibberellin, the plants have 50% flowering 112 days earlier than those of the control. As Dutch iris corms break dormancy in mid September, when they are treated with 40 days' 8~10℃ chilling or the chilling combined with 100 mg/L gibberellin, the plants have 50% flowering 42 and 52 days earlier than those of the control respectively. After different treatments of chilling and plant growth regulators, the flowering rate is 82.2%~89.5%, the length of flowerstem is 40.3~45.6 cm, and the new corm reproduction index is 6.6~6.7. By way of treatments, planting of batches and protected culture, flowers of Dutch iris could be supplied consecutively from December to April in Fuzhou. Technological process of cut flower production in winter is also put forward.
