切花产品包装、运输、储藏国家标准制定的研究

Study of the Establishment of National Standards for Packing, Transportation and Storage of Cut Flowers

我国已经制定了切花产品质量等级的标准,急需尽快制定相关的切花产品包装、运输、储藏等方面的配套标准,以完善我国花卉产品质量标准体系.详细分析了国内外花卉尤其是切花产品质量相关标准的采用状况;通过对北京、广州、昆明等城市的重点花卉企业和花卉市场的实地调查,了解到我国切花产品包装、运输、储藏的实际情况;在此基础上,阐述了关于主要切花产品包装、运输、储藏国家标准的制定的程序、要求、依据及意义;并为我国花卉产品质量标准体系的建立提供了新思路.

National standards, trade standards and local standards for the quality grading of cut flowers have been established in our country, but the standards for packing, transportation and storage of cut flowers should be set up as soon as possible so as to accomplish their quantity guarantee system. This paper systematically analyzes the adoption of standards for cut flowers at home and abroad by collecting all standards worldwide, and then investigates urban flower enterprises and markets with large sales concerning those items of the standards to be observed in the main region of flower production. Based on this research and the characteristics of packing, transportation and storage of cut flowers in our country, the process, requirements and significance for setting up such national standards to pack, transport and store cut flowers have been put forward, thus providing a new way to build up a national quality system for cut flowers.
