本文介绍了《干部队伍辅助决策支持系统》的系统概况和运行环境 ,对系统的总体结构进行了描述和说明 ,并着重就系统实现中的几个关键技术如指标体系的量化、群体构态分析模型、预测模型及优化配置的多目标决策模型、知识库子系统的构造和实现、知识的获取方式以及与已有管理信息系统的衔接等进行了较为详细的阐述。

A decision and support system for analyzing and deploying the leading cadres is described in this paper.And some key implementating techniques in system development,such as the quantification method in attributes analyses,analysis model of group structure,prediction model, multi-purpose decision model structure and implementation of the knowledge-base subsystem,pick-up for knowledge and interface with MIS,are discussed in detail.
