摘要 本文介绍了使用B/S技术来设计和开发上海市政府采购管理信息系统的解决方案 ,并分析了其成功之处。 In this paper,we work out a scheme for designing and developing the Shanghai government procurement management information system based on B/S.In summary,some key successes are analyzed.
