摘要
由于医疗环境的异构性 ,系统集成一直是医疗信息系统的关键问题。分布式对象技术为解决异构系统的集成提供了一条崭新的途径。本文在对当前主流的分布式对象技术进行综合分析的基础上 ,提出了医疗信息系统分布式对象技术平台MUSCLE ,并进一步对MUSCLE平台的两个层次分别进行了设计 ,即软件总线层和对象管理层。本文同时还介绍了CORBA/EJB相集成的MUSCLE实现方案 ,并通过对心电分析中心的应用实例分析 ,对MUSCLE平台的性能进行了讨论。
System integration has long been a key problem for medical information system because of the heterogeneous nature of healthcare enterprise.The distributed object-oriented technique brings a new way to it.The paper analyzes the popular distributed object-oriented technique nowadays,and puts forward a distributed object-oriented technical platform of medical information system,called MUSCLE.The design concepts of software bus layer and object management layer that made up of MUSCLE are also described subsequently.In addition,the paper introduces the implementation schema of CORBA/EJB integration for MUSCLE,and discusses the performance of MUSCLE by evaluating one of the system examples,ECG Analysis Center System.
