摘要
本文研究了用提拉法生长的 LiTaO_3∶Ti 非计量比晶体的成分、结构、吸收光谱、折射率、热电、介电和压电性能,并把某些结果与 LiTaO_3晶体的有关性能作了比较。
The compositions,structures,absorption spectra,refractiveindices,pyroelectric,dielectric and pieoelectric properies of LiTaO_3:Tinonstoichiometric crystals which were grown by Czochralski technique havebeen investigated.Some results obtained are compared with the related prope-rties of LiTaO_3 crystals in this paper.
