摘要
由甘氨酸、铍粉、氢氟酸制备了氟铍酸三甘肽多晶,在制备过程中克服了由于原料的挥发性、腐蚀性以及毒性造成的种种困难。采用柱状法培育出了 TGFB 大单晶。测试了晶体的热释电性能,并用晶体制作了热释电探测器和热释电摄像管。使用结果表明,所制得的 TGFB 单晶可以弥补 TGS 单晶的某些不足。
A method of preparing triglycine fluoberyllate polycrystal fromglycine,beryllium and hydrofluoric is reported.This method overcomes thedifficulty of the evaporation of the raw material in the reaction and itstoxicity.The large single crystals of TGFB are grown by the cylindric seedmethod.The pyroelectric properties of the crystals are measured,and pyroele-ctric detectors and pyroelectric vidicon are made.The result of practical useshows that the TGFB crystal can remedy the insufficiency of the TGS crystal.
