摘要
制备了磁性固体酸催化剂ZrO2 /Fe3O4 ,并催化合成了尼泊金丁酯 ,优化了工艺条件 ,得出优惠工艺条件为 :醇酸摩尔比为 4∶1,催化剂用量为 7% (与对羟基苯甲酸的质量百分数 ) ,回流温度下反应 3h。产品收率达 88 2 % ,催化剂易于通过磁场回收 ,使用寿命较长。
Magnetic solid acid catalyst ZrO_2/Fe_3O_4 was prepared ,and was used to synthesize butyl nipagin. Various factors that effected the esterification yield were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were as follow: alcohol:acid is 4:1(mol),the mass ratio of catalyst to p-hydroxybenzoic acid is 7%, reaction time is 180 min under reluxing temperature. The product yield is up to 88.2%. The catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction system by magnetism ,and its life-length is long.
