Simultaneous determination of five anions in water by ion chromatography

用离子色谱法同时检测了水中的五种阴离子。通过优化色谱条件 ,使水负峰与F-峰及Cl-与NO2 -峰得到较好的分离 ,获得了很低的检出限 :F-( 9μg/L) ,Cl-( 4 6 μg/L) ,NO-2 -N( 5 μg/L) ,NO-3 -N( 18μg/L) ,SO2 -4( 4 0 μg/L)。五种阴离子的加标回收率分别为 :F-( 95 .0 % ) ,Cl-( 10 1.5 % ) ,NO-2 -N( 95 .0 % ) ,NO-3 -N( 98.3% ) ,SO2 -4( 96 .4 % )。

A method was developed for the determination of five anions in water by ion chrormatography simultaneously. The chromatographic conditions were optimized. Both the peaks of F - and H 2O and the peaks of NO - 2 and Cl - were separated definitely. The detection limits were very low: F - 9 μg/L, Cl - 46μg/L,NO - 2-N 18μg/L, NO - 3-N 18μg/L, SO 2- 4 40μg/L. The recoveries wer F -95.0%, Cl - 101.5%, NO - 2-N 95.0% , NO - 3-N 98.3%, SO 2- 496.4%.
