高压真空断路器真空度测量方法的探讨

Discussion on Vacuum Measurement Method for High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Interrupter

通过对高压真空断路器真空度测量方法的计算、研究和试验,提出了以真空灭弧室触头上初始所吸附的分子为电离源,同时结合冷阴极磁控放电的新的真空度测量方法。

Through the calculation, research and test for HV vacuum circuit interrupter, the new vacuum measurement method is put forward by taking the initially molecules adsorbed from vacuum arc extinguish chamber contactor as ionization source, and combined with magnetic control discharging at cold cathode.
