摘要
基于模糊理论 ,提出了齿轮疲劳可靠指标评定方法 ,建立了 3个与已有不同的模糊综合评判模型。模型 1和 2综合评判中引入了水平截集。模型 2′通过引入相关系数因子矩阵 ,综合考虑了因素间的相互作用对可靠指标的影响。模型 3在模型 1和模型 2的基础上解决了“一票否决”问题。最后 ,给出一算例 。
On the base of the Fuzzy theory, this paper brings forward the method of judging the reliability index of the gear fatigue intensity and establish three fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models that are different from the existed theory.Model1 and Model2 introduce the level truncation setting function during the course of comprehensive evaluation. Model2′ comprehensively consider reciprocity of the factors to redeem their influence on reliability index, by introducing correlative coefficient matrix.Model3 solve the separately voting problem .In the end, an given example demonstrate models are right.
