摘要
本文用解析和数值计算的方法,证明了静态温梯法晶体生长中,瞬时降温速率有使固液等温面下移且变得更凹的倾向,定义了降温显热数 De=R^2pc_pCo/k(T_h-T_c),用来表征瞬时降温速率使固液等温面变凹的程度。
Both analytical methods and numerical techniques showed thatthe instantaneous cooling rate causes the interface to become increasingly con-cave in Vertical Gradient Freeze Method.Dimensionless number D_e=R^2_ρc_pC./〔k(T_h-T_o)〕is defined to express the extent that the interface becomesmore concave arised from instantaneous cooling rate.
