摘要 采用磁化絮凝 高梯度磁分离方法处理城市污水 ,研究了磁种用量、磁场强度、混凝剂用量、污水pH值和流速等工艺参数对除磷效果的影响。在磁场强度为 5 0 0kA/m ,磁种用量为 0 .3g/L ,混凝剂硫酸铝用量为 2 0 0mg/L ,助凝剂PAM用量为 2mg/L ,污水pH值为 6,流速为 3 .14cm/s时 ,磷和COD的去除率分别为 98.3 5 %和 70 .8% ,净化水含磷 0 .0 49mg/L ,COD 2 8.6mg/L。 Urban sewage is treated by magnetic flocculation and high gradient magnetic separation. The technical parameters such as magnetic feed dosage, magnetic field intensity, coagulating agent dosage, pH value and flow velocity are investigated. At a magnetic field intensity of 500 kA/m, a magnetic feed dosage of 0.3 g/L, a coagulating agent(Al 2O 3) dosage of 200 mg/L, a filter-aid(PAM) dosage of 2 mg/L, a sewage pH of 6 and a flow velocity of 3.14 cm/s, phosphate and COD removeal rates are 98.35% and 70.8%, respectively, with a phosphate content of 0.049 mg/L and COD content of 28.6 mg/L in purified water.
