摘要
本文研究了采用熔盐提拉法生长的低温相偏硼酸锁(BBO)晶体中的包裹物及其负晶结构。采用光学显微和电子探针微区分析等手段观测和分析了晶体中包裹物的种类、化学成分以及包裹物的分布规律。分析比较了各类包裹物在晶体中的结晶方位,提出并证实了晶体中的有规则状包裹物具有明显的负晶结构特征。讨论了消除或控制 BBO 晶体中包裹物产生的方法。
This paper reports the study on the inclusions and its negative-crystal structure in low temperature phase barium metaborate (BBO) crystalgrown by flux pulling method.The variety,chemical composition and distri-butive inclination of inclusions in the crystal have been analyzed with opticalmicroscope and electron probe microanalysis.BBO crystal has three types ofinclusions,which are disorderly floccose inclusion,the negative-crystal stru-cture ditrigonal pyramid and prismatic inclusions.The electron probe microa-nalysis indicates that the inclusions in BBO crystal are silicate ionic oxide ma-inly contained Si^(4+),Al^(3+),Na^+,Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+),K^+,Ba^(2+) and so forth.Finally,based on the formation mechanism,the measures to eliminate or to control thegeneration of the inclusions in BBO crystal are presented.
