摘要
在模拟攀钢高炉喷吹煤粉的生产条件下进行的未燃煤粉在高炉内的行为研究结果表明,在铁的直接还原、生铁渗碳、硅和钛还原、未燃煤粉和焦粉在炉渣中沉积、煤和焦炭反应性的各个试验中,未燃煤粉的反应性都大于焦炭,这些都是由于未燃煤粉的比表面积大,结构疏松所造成的。
The behaviors of unburned particle of PCI in blast furnace were studied on the simulation conditions of BF at PZH Steel. The unburned particle of PCI shows better reactivity than the coke in a series of test,such as the direct reduction of iron ore,carburizing of pig iron,reduction of silica and titanum oxide,sedimentation in slag, reaction with CO2. The results are due to the larger specific surface of unburned particle of PCI than that of coke.
