单层电镀金刚石磨轮的研究

摘要 气门座要获得高的使用寿命就必须对其上、下倒角和工作面进行适当的修整。目前 ,我国气门座修理工具有两大类 ,一类是气门座铰刀 ,有整体高速钢和焊接硬质合金两种结构 ,用于铰削气门座上、下倒角及工作面 ;另一类是用于气门座精修的磨轮。本文提出了一种粗粒度电镀金刚石磨轮 ,以磨削代替铰削 ,克服了铰刀的不足。实验结果表明 :用磨轮修整气门座可获得较小的粗糙度 ,修整量较小 ,加工表面的硬度值较高 ,又能满足修理要求。实验证明 ,此种磨轮无论从使用性能、精度还是经济性都更优于硬质合金铰刀和高速钢铰刀 ,完全符合使用要求 ,具有推广使用价值。 Up chamfer, down chamfer and working face must be correctly dressed so that the valve seat can acquire a longer service life. Nowadays, there are mainly two types of tool for fixing valve seat in China: one is the valve seat reamer, which has two kinds of constructions——the solide HSS steel one and the weld hard alloy one, used to ream up chamfer, down chamfer and working face. The other is the grinding wheel, used to dress the valve seat accurately. In this paper, a kind of coarse grain electroplated diamond grinding wheel is proposed, which can overcome the deficiency of reamer by grinding in place of reaming. The experiment result indicates that a valve seat can acquire smaller roughness value, reduced dressing quantity and higher surface hardness by using the above mentioned grinding wheel to dress it, and at the same time satisfy the fixing need. The experiment proved that this kind of grinding wheel is prior to the solide HSS steel reamer and the weld hard alloy one as to the aspects of performance, accuracy and economical value.
