摘要
通过对 7种Ib型人造金刚石单晶在空气中的DTA和TG曲线的分析 ,确定以DTA曲线的外推起始温度作为金刚石热稳定性的表征温度。继而基于灰色系统理论 ,以金刚石单晶的粒度、抗压强度、晶形规则度和颜色 (氮含量 ) 4种内在因素为条件 ,建立了金刚石单晶热稳定性的灰色预测模型 ,即GM(1,5 )。并采用后验差法对模型精度进行了检验。结果表明 :所建立的灰色预测模型的精度等级为‘GOOD’ ,可以有效地对金刚石单晶的热稳定性进行预测。
Through analyzing 7 samples of Ib-type synthetic single crystal diamond by their DTA(differential thermal analysis) and TG(thermal gravimetric analysis) in air, the extrapolated initial temperature on the curves of DTA was set as the characteristic temperature of their thermal stabilities. Furthermore, based on the grey system theory, a prediction grey model was established, i. e. GM(1,5), for predicting the thermal stability of single crystal diamond. The modeling prediction results was then tested and verified by the deviation-probability examination. It is illustrated that GM(1,5) can be used to predict the thermal stability of single crystal diamond efficiently, and the precision rank of GM(1,5) is ‘GOOD'.
