摘要
本文介绍了单晶金刚石刀具研磨方向的选择 ,同时简单的介绍了单晶金刚石刀具的研磨方法。为了考察单晶金刚石的研磨效率 ,试验采用陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮对单晶金刚石刀片进行研磨。通过改变砂轮转速、砂轮摆动频率、轴向进给量 ,获得了一些具有对比性的试验结果。通过对试验结果的分析 ,得出单晶金刚石研磨的各项参数与研磨效率之间的关系 ,并发现陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮的研磨效率比金属结合剂砂轮的研磨效率高。只要采用合理的加工参数 ,陶瓷结合剂金刚石砂轮研磨单晶金刚石磨耗比低、加工成本低。提高单晶金刚石的研磨效率 ,研磨加工应该在干研磨状态下进行 ,并且选好研磨方向。增加砂轮转速、砂轮摆动和轴向进给量可以提高单晶金刚石的研磨效率。
In this paper selection of grinding direction of diamond is studied, and the grinding method of single crystal diamond cutters is introduced.A single crystal diamond was ground with vitrified diamond wheel to research on the grinding efficiency. By changing the speed of grinding wheel,its swing frequency and the feed speed of shaft direction,different experiment results were got.By analyzing the results,the relation between every parameter and the grinding efficiency was obtained. It is found that the grinding efficiency with vitrified diamond wheel is higher than with diamond metal bonded wheel. If only reasonable parameters are selected ,the grinding ratio with vitrified diamond wheel is lower and the machining cost is lower.To improve the grinding efficiency ,the grinding should be done in the state of dry grinding, and the grinding direction should be selected correctly.The increase of the wheel speed, the swing frequency and the feed of shaft direction conduce to improving the grinding efficiency.
