摘要
本文简要分析了国内人造金刚石提纯技术现状 ,论述了人造金刚石物料的基本力学性质及解离特性 ,研究探讨了一种符合环保要求、合理利用物理选矿原理对人造金刚石进行除杂提纯的方法。利用几种新设备分阶段选择性破碎细化 ,通过筛分分级并借助重选和磁分离等方法 ,分别除去绝大部分石墨、合金碎屑、叶蜡石等杂质 ,得到的人造金刚石只需进行低浓度酸碱处理。本法明显降低酸碱用量 ,减少环境污染 ,降低生产成本 ;劳动生产率高 ,效益好。
This paper summerized the present situation of the purfication techniques of synthetic diamond. A more reasonable and enviroment-protective method for diamond purification after synthesizing is suggested. Some newly developed equipment are used for sectional selective crush, sieving classification, gravity seperation and magnetic separation. Most impurities such as graphite, metal catalyst scraps and pyrophyllite can be removed. The diamond obtained merely need low concentration acid and alkali handling. Acid and alkali amount to be used obviously decreased. This method can decrease the pollution of the environment, and cuts down the manufacturing cost.
